Shipping policy

At ValueCart, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review the details below for information on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days before being shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and do not include our order processing time stated above.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through Canada Post.

How We Ship Your Order

ValueCart works with trusted supply partners to fulfill and ship your order directly to you. As a result:

  • Items in a single order may arrive in separate packages and/or at different times, depending on product availability.
  • Packaging may vary and may not always display ValueCart branding.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ValueCart is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us right away — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

ValueCart is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post directly to file a claim, and reach out to us so we can assist.
